Exercise Sounds

The following exercise makes use of all the KIP RunPacer sounds.

For the first 170 meters, you will hear the constant pace beep sound. For the next 130 meters, the pace is increasing and each beep is accelerating pace. For the final 100 meters the pace is decreasing and each beep is decelerating pace.

 

At 120 meters of the first segment there is the 50 meters before rest indicator. At the end of 170 meters, there will be the end of segment signal.

 

At 80 meters of the second segment there is the 50 meters before rest indicator. At the end of 130 meters, there will be the end of segment signal.

Presents the various beeps used in exercises. Instructs how to measure pulse, using the built in audible 10 second interval. This pulse component is activated during rest periods and the Post Run cool down.
