Data Area
Distance
	The distance of a segment, expressed in kilometers. The maximum segment distance is 99.99 kilometers. The minimum segment distance is .01 kilometers. Editing a distance changes the corresponding time in proportion.
Time
	The running time for a segment. The maximum time for a segment is the time it takes to run that segment at a pace of 1 kilometer per hour. The minimum time is determined by the Maximum speed in the Configuration module. Editing a segment time changes the Start and End paces of the segment. The segment distance is unchanged.
Start
	The pace in kilometers per hour at the beginning of a segment. Editing the start pace will change the Time value. The minimum pace is 1 kilometer per hour and the maximum is determined by the Maximum speed in the Configuration module.
End
	The pace in kilometers per hour at the end of a segment. Editing the end pace will change the Time value. The minimum pace is 1 kilometer per hour and the maximum is determined by the Maximum speed in the Configuration module.
Rest
	The rest period at the end of a segment before the start of the next segment. The minimum rest is 10 seconds and the maximum is determined by the Maximum rest in the Configuration module.
Editing in the Data Area
	Single left-click in a cell to edit it. Type in the new value. Click the Enter key to enter the value. Or, click on the Tab key to enter the value and move the inverse to the next cell. To insert a new segment, put the inverse anywhere in the segment and press the Insert key. To delete a segment place the inverse in that row and press the Delete key.
