Distance |
The maximum exercise distance, expressed in
kilometers, is 99.99 kilometers. The minimum exercise distance is 10 meters
and is entered as .01 (decimal point 01). |
Run Time |
The time the runner actually spends running. Since
the minimum speed (pace) allowed is 1 kilometer per hour, the maximum Run
Time for an exercise depends on the exercise Distance. Thus, the maximum time
for a 1 kilometer exercise is 1:00:00. The maximum Run Time can never exceed
9:59:59. |
The number of segments into which the exercise is
divided. Each segment can have its own distance, time, starting and ending
paces and rest. The maximum number of Segments is 30. |
The sum of all the segment rests. The maximum Total
Rest depends on the maximum rest for each segment as determined in the Configuration. If the Configuration maximum rest
is 10 minutes, the maximum Total Rest is 4:50:00 (29 segments x 10 minutes
per segment = 4:50:00. 29 segments because there is no rest at the end of the
30th segment which is the end of the exercise.) |

Editing Data |

Distance is entered in kilometers. For example, 1500
meters is written as 1.5. Run Time and Total Rest are entered without colons.
1:23:45 is entered as 12345. Segments can have any value from 1 to 30. Data is entered either by pressing Enter or by
pressing the Tab key. If Enter is pressed the inverse remains in the same
data box. If Tab is pressed the inverse moves to the next data box. |
